Refund policy

EXCHANGE POLICY – House of Zarisha

At House of Zarisha, we take pride in offering high-quality, waterproof jewelry. We currently offer exchange only within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds or returns.

Exchange Eligibility:

• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted
• Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs

Non-Exchangeable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

• Earrings
• Sale or discounted items

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at houseofzarisha@gmail.comwith your order number and photo proof. We will gladly arrange a replacement.

House of Zarisha reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our policy requirements.
